IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Festival events previously scheduled for Sunday have been cancelled.
This is due to the Harlan County High School graduation Sunday afternoon. This will allow non-profit school groups,
as well as family & friends of graduating seniors, to participate in the festival on Thursday, Friday, & Saturday.
